At ENHEX WARDROBE PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our process, timelines, and terms for delivering your furniture orders across India.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most major cities and towns across India. If your delivery location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, our team will contact you to find an alternative delivery option or refund your payment if necessary.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • For customized or made-to-order furniture, production may take 15–30 business days, depending on design and material availability.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supplier or logistics constraints, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.


4. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time after dispatch is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and product type.
  • Bulky furniture items may take longer for handling and transport.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Our delivery partners will make two attempts for delivery. If you are unavailable during both attempts, the item may be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery charges may apply.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery may be offered on selected products or during promotions.
  • For other products, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Any additional handling or installation charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

6. Assembly & Installation

Some furniture items may require on-site assembly.

  • If the product includes installation service, it will be arranged within 3–5 days after delivery.
  • If installation is not included, we will provide assembly instructions and customer support for assistance.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking ID provided via email or WhatsApp.

8. Damages or Delays in Transit

We take utmost care to ensure that products are securely packed before shipping. However, in case of any:

  • Visible damage to the package upon delivery — please refuse to accept and immediately contact us.
  • Hidden damage found after unpacking — please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos/videos for claim processing.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to repair, replace, or refund based on the situation.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within India.
